Dead Sea Scrolls

A collection of ancient Jewish manuscripts discovered between 1947 and 1956 near the Dead Sea. Dating from roughly 250 BCE to 70 CE, they include copies of biblical books, commentaries, community rules, hymns, and writings like EnochA pre‑Flood patriarch and one of the most significant figures in early biblical and extra‑biblical literature.
