Ministry Director

• Oversees doctrine, mission, and teaching integrity
• Sets ministry direction and standards
• Ensures all teachings align with Scripture and evidence
• Coordinates missionary and teaching efforts
• Represents the ministry publicly

Missionaries

• Represent the ministry across states and communities
• Teach, support, and guide others in truth
• Share resources, lessons, and evidence-based studies
• Assist with outreach, gatherings, and discipleship
• Operate under the ministry’s doctrinal standards

Teaching Team

• Develops lessons, studies, and teaching materials
• Assists with timeline alignment and research
• Creates structured, clear, evidence-supported content
• Supports missionaries with teaching resources
• Ensures consistency with Berean methodology

Support Team

• Provides administrative and digital assistance
• Manages communication, scheduling, and coordination
• Assists with website content, media, and outreach tools
• Supports events, gatherings, and ministry operations

Volunteers

• Serve in specific assignments or events
• Assist missionaries and teachers as needed
• Support outreach, communication, and digital tasks
• Operate within defined responsibilities and permissions

Members / Participants

• Engage with teachings, studies, and resources
• Grow in understanding and discernment
• Support the ministry mission through learning and sharing
