How God’s Word Deals With Addiction
Addiction is a heavy burden that chains the heart and clouds the mind, but God’s Word speaks freedom and hope. Scripture reminds us that ChristJesus of Nazareth, also called the Christ or the Messiah, is the central figure of the New Testament and the fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan. Born in the line of David, He taught with divine authority, performed miracles, and revealed the kingdom of God. More came to set captives free, to break strongholds, and to restore lives that feel broken beyond repair. These verses are gathered to encourage those struggling with addiction, to remind them that God’s power is greater than any bondage, and that His love offers strength, healing, and a new beginning.
