Seven days of thanksgiving—seeing God’s gifts, resisting grumbling, and practicing gratitude in every season.

Preview of day 1. Start the plan to track progress through each day.

Day 1: Give thanks in all circumstances

BSB
Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Gratitude can feel fake when life hurts. Paul calls it God’s will—not denial of pain.

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” In all circumstances—not for all evils as if they were good—but thanksgiving that God is present and working.

What circumstance feels hardest to thank God in?

Practice: Thank God for one gift inside a hard situation. Father, I give thanks in this circumstance in Christ. Amen.
