How God’s Word Helps With Abstinence
Abstinence is a discipline of self‑control and devotion, a choice to honor God by setting apart what is sacred. Scripture reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that living with restraint protects us from harm while keeping our hearts focused on Him. These verses are gathered to encourage purity, wisdom, and strength, showing that abstinence is not about denial, but about living in freedom and obedience to God’s will.
